A base of four solid maple stringers and four square maple legs provides solidity and strength thanks to draw bolt reinforced mortise and tenon joint construction. In addition to the 2-1/4 inch thick solid maple top protected along two of its long edges by 2-in x 2-in angle iron, two lower shelves constructed from maple slats provide even more layers to work with. Multiple coats of lacquer are applied to all the wood to insure longevity. This sheet metal bench comes in two sizes: 60-in (W) x 40-in (D) x 32-in (H) or 96-in (W) by 40-in (D) x 32-in (H).
