AMACO Glass Kiln GSF-670 Kiln, 240V, Single Phase, Select Fire, EZ-Lift

Amaco’s GSF-670 glass kiln has a 6.72 cubic foot firing chamber that is 13.5 inches tall. The height provides the ideal room for slumping and drop mold projects that require greater height. This model’s voltage, 240 volts of AC power, make it suitable for use with residential power sources. The unit features Amaco’s versatile and precise Glass Select Fire control module. The computer controller provides preset firing programs for a wide variety of projects or allows the user to create their own. It has a unique anneal key so that the user can begin the annealing process once the project reaches the desired temperature.

Amaco’s EZ-lift hinge is an option for the kiln. Handling the lid is a breeze with the spring-assisted lift hinge when combined with the standard solid steel bar that locks the lid in place.

The exterior dimensions of the unit are 50.5 inches wide, 24.5 inches deep and 13.5 inches tall.

The kiln comes with an 8-inch, sturdy stand and fires to cone 7. Purchasers will be eligible to receive $100 in Amaco glaze products.

Please note that glass kilns don’t require ventilation.
