The service was quick and easy, the price was great... However, the box arrived as it would be on the shelf (no outside packing container. This was a problem because there was a slice down the front of the box and one of the screws must have been jostled loose causing the washer to fall out of the box. I had a washer to replace it. Also on the other side (the bottom) the veneer was cracked and split. (looked like a defect) In time I assumed it will split completely and probably need to be replaced. I knew it was a good price, but I expected the quality to be better.

Look over the metal pieces carefully on this item. I received it and the side legs were almost locked into place, because the metal was rusted. Most of the easel was in excellent shape, but a few screws here and there were rusty. I hope my easel is the exception. Shipping was very fast, and Madison Art Shop customer service is being very helpful with my situation.

I purchased the easel for a... Gift and the receiver was extremely happy. Based on the reviews of Madison Art shop a made my purchase thru them and did not regret my decision. As others stated, I received my order within days of ordering even though it was a last minute purchase during the holiday season. Received this easel as a gift and am very impressed with it. The wood is beautiful and I found it to be sturdy and am amazed with all the drawers for supplies. The easel holds a large canvas nicely. For those of you wondering how to set it up I recommend you check out utube. There are lots of videos on the subject and I'll bet once you view it you'll be even more pleased with your easel.

This is a great easel at an affordable price. Delivery was timely and Madisons communication and delivery updates was terrific. They went above and beyond to see that we got it in time... for our grandson. After many years of non use setting up the easel. I'm ready to paint again. However, I cannot find the instructions on how to set up, screws, etc. I hope I can find the set up instructions or if someone out there knows how, please send. Thank you

I just bought this easel for a friend so I can't say as to the quality. I do want to mention that when I received the package it was only in the box as it would be displayed in a store. No outer box or anything. and when I moved it to wrap it a large screw fell out so I hope nothing is missing when the person I bought it for opens it up. I hope the company works with me on this if there is anything missing. don't know if the shipping company is at fault or this supplier.

The easel is of fair quality, however, a flat plate on the supportive joint is hanging with one instead of two screws. Now it is duct taped for now for support.

For the price, I can't imagine another product being any better. As stated in another review, it's not the most sturdy easel out there, but it works great and I am very pleased with it. It sets up easily! I bought it as a... gift for my wife and she is very pleased also. The whole experience from online search to purchase via PayPal to shipping was great!! Product was on my doorstep in 4 days from order! Thanks Madison Art Shop!!

I bought this product for my girlfriend and she loved it! I especially loved the price! Assembly is very easy also. I received the product in 8 days. I wasn't very happy about that, but the price truly is unbeatable.

This is exactly the same easel I priced in a local store for a savings of at least $25 off the local sale price. There were no instructions included, but the assembly is pretty intuitive. It is not the most sturdy easel around, but a good value at this Madison price level.

This is the first time I have purchased anything from Madison Art Shop. I received my easel in a couple of days from ordering. The assembling was very easy, and I just love that you can fold it up and carry it on your shoulders so easy. Everything about it is user friendly.
