An infertile couple, Jhuma and her husband, Niladri, decide to go to Hyderabad to find a fertility clinic after years of childlessness. This documentary dives into the cultural view on the importance of having children as it follows Jhuma and Niladri in their quest to bear a child. A doctor from an exceptionally lucrative and successful fertility clinic is interviewed, giving insight into the other side of the story. The film also follows a second couple who is dealing with infertility problems. They are stricken with the moral dilemma of paying large amounts of money for a surrogate mother as they decided how to move forward.
