Professional Image: Professionalism 101 (Enhanced DVD)
Presenting a good workplace image is not just about being well-dressed. Employees need to always have a positive attitude in spite of their job requirements, even if they are asked to perform a menial task. This program goes into career appropriate demeanor and a focus on having a good attitude. Dress codes are discussed, how employees should handle mistakes, how they should stay on top of industry trends, appearance in the workplace, and even topics that are overlooked like kitchen etiquette. There is a list of learnable leadership skills included in this program. A group of young workers remember examples of mistakes and success in the workplace in the program.
