Managing Diversity (03:35) Ė Top management must be committed to diversity, but the commitment must extend to all employees. Strategies should be implemented and opinions should be allowed to be communicated. Diversity should be within the companyís operations and literatue.
Discrimination and Equal Opportunity (02:50) Ė Workplace discrimination is avoided by following diversity laws. There can be obvious or subtle discrimination in the workplace. Conflict resolution and communication is necessary to avoid discrimination.
