We are open 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (24/6.)
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a print catalog. Our web-site is our catalog. - This is one of the cost-cutting measures we take to keep our prices so low for our customers! - You can view on our site all of our products and prices, and order directly from there.
If you are specifically interested in certain Easels, let me know. We do have some manufacturer's catalogs (without prices) on some of those. (You can see all prices on our website.)
What products do you carry?
We have one of the largest selections of Easels, Artists' Projectors, Art Instruction Videos & General Name-Brand Art Supplies on the web!
What are your prices?
You can see all of our sale-prices by each items' page. We believe that our prices, even including shipping, are the lowest anywhere!
(In fact, if you do find anything lower anywhere else, just let us know, and we will try to beat it!)
Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
Our prices are pretty rock-bottom as you can see! Please call us at 800-961-1570 for additional volume discounts.
Is there any Sales Tax?
7% Sales-Tax will be applied only for orders shipping to a NJ address.
There is no tax for orders to any other state, except for KopyKake products shipping to California and Gagne products shipping to a NY address, which may have those states sales tax applied. A small number of factory-direct items may have their state's sales-tax applied when shipping in the same state.
How long does it take for delivery?
Most orders arrive within 1 - 8 days.
Orders generally ship within 1-3 days of ordering (except when otherwise noted by specific items. UPS ground normally delivers within 1-3 days. Across country can take an additional day. UPS tells us that shipping to a small town, not near a big city, can take one more additional day.
We can try to do expedited delivery (i.e. Next-day Air, 2nd-day Air or 3-day Select) for the cost of the exact postage required. Just please request this in the comment box at checkout. (Please note that the exact postage for Next-day Air & 2nd-day Air can be quite expensive.)
What are the shipping costs?
All items are generally shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. You will see your shipping total at checkout before you enter your credit card information.
We have some of the lowest shipping rates in the business.
For simplicity sake our shipping scale is based on the dollar amount of your order, and is as follows:
Orders from $0.00 to $29.99 have shipping charges of $7.55
Orders from $30.00 to $49.99 have shipping charges of $8.95
Orders from $50.00 to $74.99 have shipping charges of $9.85
Orders from $75.00 to $99.99 have shipping charges of $10.95
Orders from $100.00 to UNLIMITED have shipping charges of $11.45
BEST-Richeson Easels and other large items indicating UPS Oversized shipping will be charged an additional $7.60, $13.75 or $27.50 (depending on their amount of weight and oversize) as indicated on their pages in our site. BEST-Richeson Easels and other items too large for UPS, indicated by the item as needing "Trucking Company shipping" will be charged an additional $94.50 as indicated on their page in our site, (this is actually a very low rate for Truck shipping.) These shipping charges are strictly for items that say so by the item on the website. All Oversized and Truck-shipping required charges are clearly marked by the items site. These charges are on top of the shipping rate scale above.
You will see these shipping charges clearly calculated at checkout before you enter your credit card information.
Please be advised that truck shipments sometimes are officially "Tail Gate" deliveries, and drivers may not take a large carton, crate or package to upper floor locations without additional compensation. However, generally, when asked nicely (with a smile!) they do bring it in. (A tip helps too!)
Orders to be shipped outside of the Continental United States, i.e. AK HI & PR, may incur additional charges for the exact extra UPS postage required for international shipments. Tentatively, at checkout, an approximate charge of $45.00 American Dollars will be seen added for this. If you would like shipping VIA Next-Day Air, 2nd-Day Air or 3-Day Select, please note it in the "comment" box on the billing page and we will try our best. (Only the exact additional UPS or USPS postage will be added.)
What carriers are available to ship my order?
UPS and for some items USPS too. Oversized items (too large for UPS such as furniture) go via National Trucking Companies, such as BAX Global, Yellow Freight and others depending on your area.
How can I track the status of my order?
Tracking links are provided to you via email.
Do you ship internationally?
For all intl orders we require pre-payment via bank money-order in the mail, or via PayPal. (Our system does not take credit cards out of the U.S.A.)
We would need your exact address for an exact shipping quote. (It can be expensive.) You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, tarrifs, getting it through customs in the event it is held etc....

Can I pay by cash, check or Money-order - order through the mail?
- Just go to our site here at www.MadisonArtShop.com, order the items you want and then press the checkout button.
- Then fill out your shipping address information and Print out that completed page on paper.
- Then press continue. Here you will be asked for your Credit Card etc... Ignore that, and just print out the invoice of your order on the top right side. This will show your total bill including shipping costs. Send these 2 printouts together with a money order in that amount to:

GUARANTEE & RETURNS:
What is our return policy? How and where do we send returns? Do you provide a money-back guarantee?
If any item is found defective in any way, Madison Art Shop will issue a full refund. All shipping charges will be refunded too.
Madison Art also has an unconditional return policy on any items returned in new, resalable, condition within 45 days of receipt of item. (This includes shrink-wrapping sealed on items that are sold so.) A full refund will be issued minus shipping. Some item's manufacturer's restocking fees (15% - 20%) may be applied.
Generally, returns are to the specific warehouse from where the item originally shipped from. You can see this on the return address of the shipping label.
Please include all of your ordering information, including your madisonartshop order number.
For items that shipped from our NJ warehouse, a RA # (Return Authorization Number) is not needed. However, for items shipping from other warehouses, please contact us first, before returning anything, to obtain an RA#.
Returns will be accepted within 45 days of receipt of item.
