GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY:

If an item is found defective in any way, Madison Art Shop will ship a replacement or issue a full refund including all shipping charges.

Madison Art also has an unconditional return policy on any items returned in new, resalable, condition within 45 days of receipt of item. (This includes shrink-wrapping sealed on items that are sold so.) A full refund will be issued minus shipping. Some item's manufacturer's restocking fees (15% - 20%) may be applied.
Exclusion: Any DVDs or Videos with the item number preface of "#FI-" will not be accepted for any return unless received damaged. (This is the policy enforced by the producer of these videos.)

Generally, returns are to the specific warehouse from where the item originally shipped from. You can see this on the return address of the shipping label.

Please include all of your ordering information, including your madisonartshop order number. For items that shipped from our NJ warehouse, a RA # (Return Authorization Number) is not needed. However, for items shipping from other warehouses, please contact us first, before returning anything, to obtain an RA#.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.
