These high-quality 24-inch by 36-inch Fredrix Red Label canvases, six per carton, are made of one-hundred percent cotton duck in a medium texture. Fredrix stretches the canvases over 11/16-inch by 1 9/16-inch gallery stretchers and staples them to the back of the stretchers, allowing the artist to paint all four edges of the canvas and to hang the finished work either with a frame or without one. The canvases are twice primed with an acrylic gesso that’s acid-free, making the canvases suitable for painting either in oil or in acrylic paints.
