This bench has a 96" width and solid maple legs, which makes for a versatile workspace.
This sheet metal bench easily accomidates 30" metal sheets. The top of the bench as well as the legs are solid maple, with the inside shelves being made of a plywood material. The top measures 2-1/4" thick and is protected on the two longer edges with 2" by 2" iron. Unit has one stake plate and has the measurements of 40"D x 31-1/4"H x 96"W. Rubber boots are at the end of each bench leg to help with stability and protect floor surfaces. The finish is water based.
The weight of the maple hardwood is considerable with the bench weighing a total of 648 lbs. While the quality of hardwood ensures a long lasting investment, this large amount of weight does increase the shipping of this sheet metal bench to $483.95.
