GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY:
If any item is found defective in any way, Madison Art Shop will issue a full refund. All shipping charges will be refunded too.
Madison Art also has an unconditional return policy on any items returned in new, resalable, condition within 45 days of receipt of item. (This includes shrink-wrapping sealed on items that are sold so.) A full refund will be issued minus shipping. A small number of item's manufacturer's restocking fees (15% - 20%) may be applied.
Generally, returns are to the specific warehouse from where the item originally shipped from. You can see this on the return address of the shipping label.
Please include all of your ordering information, including your madisonartshop order number. For items that shipped from our NJ warehouse, a RA # (Return Authorization Number) is not needed. However, for items shipping from other warehouses, please contact us first, before returning anything, to obtain an RA#.
Returns will be accepted within 45 days of receipt of item.
