Excellent product. Ill echo some other reviewers in saying that I questioned whether such a low-priced easel could be high-quality but this is a very sturdy and heavy piece of art furniture as the description says. The wood is beautiful and the easel is professional quality and accommodates a wide range of canvas sizes.The reviewer who said this easel is too small for a 24 x 36 canvas and is flimsy and will collapse has to be posting his review for the wrong product.

I really hestitated to order this item because the price was so low I expected to receive flimsy poorly-made product.It is beautiful wood the adjustments to height canvas size and angle of tilt is great. Arrived undamaged. I will order from Madison Art in the future.

This easel is to small for a 24x 36 canvas i.e useless gor this application.Second the easel os so flimsy that the legs walk when applying paintfinally the easel will
collapse if it walks too far.to me a total waste of money and time.

Beautiful easels at a fair price. I bought something similar at an art store at a competitive price because I needed a 3rd and didnt have time for shipping through your company - the art store easel doesnt compare in quality. I wish I hadnt been under such a deadline.You guys are excellent.

My Richeson Dulce Floor Easel was purchased to display a 3 x 5 painting at a very nice benefit. The people at Madison Art Shop were excellent to deal with (prompt superior service communication) and shipped my product so that I was certain to receive it on time. The easel was a snap to put together. Someone wanted to buy the easel with the painting because it looked so good. As a more than satisfied customer I will be back to shop again!Comment:

This is a beautiful easel it was everything I expected and more. I could not wait to get out my paints! I ordered it on Tues. and it arrived on Fri. It was easy to put together no tools needed. I cant say enough good things I will be painting on this easel for many years to come.Comment:

Order process was very easy and delivery was exactly when they said it would be. I have been comparing the prices for an easel that is sturdy and large enough to accomodate oversized canvases but compact enough to fit in the limited space that I have. This Academy Dulce easel was a perfect match. Assembly was a breeze and so far it looks pretty sturdy. Usually I am very spectical to get items when their price is below the comparable products in the market but this one was a good purchase and it seems like it will have a good life span.Comment:

Extremely happy with product. This is all you need vs. the $200+ models that have other options that do the same thing as this model. Wood is very nice. Everything is exactly what a painter needs and nothing more. This easel is made of Lyptus wood and with a coat of oil it looks more like Cherry. Its well made and looks like furniture. It also folds flat for storage . Painting on this easel is a pleasure.Comment:

I ordered an Academy Dulceeasel from Madison Art Shop on a Saturday and it was confirmed immediately. I was notified of shipping on Monday and it was received on the following Friday. I could not be happier. The easel is all that I expected it to be and the price couldnt have been better. The best I could do in a local store was twice the price.
