Business Woman of the Year Sháá Wasmund helps them recover their careers and understand their own abilities. She advises them on how to turn their recent failures into future career success. They discuss their individual experiences at their dream job and Sháá meets with them individually to determine what they might do differently at the next opportunity, and how to develop a winning attitude.
