Shipping Rates
All items are generally shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. We have some of the Lowest Shipping Rates in the business. For the sake of simplicity, our shipping scale is based on the dollar amount of your order, and is as follows: Almost all orders are shipped within 1 - 3 days, (and mostly the same day as ordered.) Delivery via UPS ground generally takes only 1 - 4 business days to most parts of the country. We routinely send tracking links via email. Orders totaling over $300.00 (for items shipping from our NJ warehouse) receive, upon request, a Free Gift - a canvas Art Tote bag. Please note this in the "comments" box at checkout. *** SALES TAX: 7% Sales-Tax will be applied only for orders shipping to a NJ address. There generally is no tax for orders to any other state, except for some factory-direct items shipping within the same state. *** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Orders to Canada can be ordered online at the same rates as U.S. orders plus an additional $25 charge which will be applied and seen on the billing check-out page. For all other international orders, we require pre-payment via bank money-order or www.PayPal.com. (Our system does not take credit cards out of the U.S.A.) Please include shipping as noted in the above shipping rates. Additionally, please include a $45.00 surcharge for all international shipments. For any items marked with any oversize, overweight or truck shipping charges (easels, printing presses etc...,) please contact us for an international shipping quote. We would need your exact address for an exact shipping quote. (It can be expensive.) You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, tarrifs, getting it through customs in the event it is held etc.... *** ORDERING THROUGH THE MAIL: We accept all orders through the mail when accompanied by a full Money Order Payment. - Just go to our site here at www.MadisonArtShop.com, order the items you want and then press the checkout button. - Then fill out your shipping address information and Print out that completed page on paper. - Then press continue. Here you will be asked for your Credit Card etc... Ignore that, and just print out the invoice of your order on the top right side. This will show your total bill including shipping costs. Send these 2 printouts together, (or your own note with the item name, number, your shipping info, phone number and email address,) with a money order in that amount to: MADISON ART SHOP 17 ENGLEBERG TER LAKEWOOD, NJ 08701 U.S.A. 800-961-1570 and we will send out your order. *** GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY: If any item is found defective in any way, Madison Art Shop will issue a full refund. All shipping charges will be refunded too. Madison Art also has an unconditional return policy on any items returned in new, resalable, condition within 45 days of receipt of item. (This includes shrink-wrapping sealed on items that are sold so.) A full refund will be issued minus shipping. Some item's manufacturer's restocking fees (15% - 20%) may be applied. Generally, returns are to the specific warehouse from where the item originally shipped from. You can see this on the return address of the shipping label. Please include all of your ordering information, including your madisonartshop order number. For items that shipped from our NJ warehouse, a RA # (Return Authorization Number) is not needed. However, for items shipping from other warehouses, please contact us first, before returning anything, to obtain an RA#. Returns will be accepted within 45 days of receipt of item. *** FREE GIFT: Orders totaling over $300.00 will receive a Free Gift - an Art Tote bag - if requested in the comment box at checkout.
