The structural frames are constructed of solid maple for the sturdiness and durability of hardwood. The sleek, birch plywood finish surfaces are protected with both a stain blocking sealer and glossy lacquer, for resilience and lasting beauty. The joints are mortise and tenon and the drawers are dovetailed-- the gold standard in quality wood craftsmanship. Each base unit measures 18 inches wide by 23 inches deep by 29 3/4 inches high. Benches are fully customizable: you may choose from two base cabinets with drawers, two base cabinets with doors and adjustable shelves, or one cabinet with each.
