Our light is different from all others in that we have placed a reflector inside a low-watt, white halogen bulb, forcing the light to the bottom of the picture. The bulb replicates natural daylight so there is no yellow cast on the canvas. Each light is custom for each piece of art in that we laser cut an aperture to the exact size of the canvas. We do not light the frame (unless a client wants us to) or the wall. We protect the artwork by placing a museum quality Optivex UV filter behind the aperture.
