Chemical Ali was famous for the chemical attacks on the Kurdish people that came to be known all over the world as the Kurdish genocide.  Yet, even though these attacks occurred just a few years ago, very few people outside of Iraq can explain who this man was or how these attacks have effected the Kurdish people.

This documentary by a Kurdish filmmaker explores the actions of Ali Hassan al-Majid; the man who would be known to the world as Chemical Ali.  His method of crushing insurrections among freedom fighters in northern Iraq with prolonged chemical attacks killed millions of innocent people during the Kurdish Genocide.  This DVD includes interviews with survivors of the attacks along with eyewitness footage.
